This seminar is designed to deliver an introduction to what assertion is - and what it is not, and to give delegates better communication skills enabling them to achieve better relationships in areas where they feel less than equal. As is usual with ETL seminars, this assertion seminar is tailored to individual requirements and delegates can look forward to learning:

During this seminar delegates learn from examples, interactive involvement and short exercises. There is an opportunity for a further seminar, after an agreed time, to ascertain how the skills learnt have been implemented and to learn further techniques.
